Our Mission
We empower children and families through leadership development, literacy programs, and access to success opportunities. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where every individual can thrive and reach their full potential.
By addressing challenges like poverty and educational needs, we build a resilient community. We believe in the power of education and leadership to transform lives and create a brighter future for all.
Our Community Challenges
Workforce Accessibility
At Raising Our Village, we believe successful employment and long-term independence require more than simply finding a job. Individuals may face barriers involving housing, transportation, healthcare, benefits, family responsibilities, disability-related needs, social supports, and access to community resources.
Caring for the Village
Raising Our Village provides compassionate, community-centered support designed to help youth, families, and individuals of all ages thrive. From non-medical home care and daily living assistance to transportation, companionship, family support, and community resources, their services are rooted in meeting people where they are and helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. With a heart for service, Raising Our Village believes it takes a village to build stronger families and stronger communities.
Empowering Education
We bridge the gap in literacy and leadership development, ensuring every child has the tools to succeed academically and reach their full potential.
