Creating Pathways to Employment The Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) assists eligible individuals with disabilities who need vocational rehabilitation services to prepare for, obtain, maintain, or advance in employment. Depending upon an individual’s eligibility, Individualized Plan for Employment, authorization, and identified vocational needs, services may include: Career exploration Job preparation Job development Job placement assistance Job coaching Supported employment services Training and skill development Workplace accommodation assistance Assistive technology Transportation-related support Employment retention services Other individualized vocational rehabilitation services Raising Our Village and its collaborative partners can work with DVR counselors and authorized service providers to support the individual’s employment goals. The goal: Create an individualized pathway toward meaningful, sustainable employment
